Get to know me

I'm a perinatal chaplain, a certified childbirth educator and doula, and a mom. As a doula, I'm passionate about making sure that you feel equipped with information, empowered in your choices, and supported in your birth space. My role is help you make the choices that are right for you and support you physically and emotionally in your birth experience.

My doula and childbirth education training is through Birthing from Within. I love Birthing from Within’s model because they treat birth not only as a physical experience, but also as a deeply emotional one, in which preparation for birth is as much mental and emotional task as physical. As your doula, it’s my honor to support you in both kinds of birth preparation.

I’m especially passionate about trauma-informed care and the movements and positions that can help support physiologic birth, if desired. I’m currently pursuing certification in prenatal yoga and am in the 2026 cohort of the Body Ready Method training.
