I’m Sara, and I’m deeply passionate about women’s health, healing, and spiritual care.

I’m a certified Birth and Bereavement Doula (SBD), and am trained in Birth Art and Mentoring through Birthing From Within. I'm currently earning a Master’s of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, where I’ve completed a specialization in Theology, Women, and Gender, and am pursuing independent coursework in Perinatal Proclamation and Pastoral Care. I have a Bachelor’s in Religion from Wellesley College and Oxford University. I am also an author of books and several devotionals.
In my home life, I am a partner, mother, and devoted friend. My path to motherhood was woven from three losses and the birth of our first living daughter.
