Person with long hair wearing glasses and a light jacket standing in front of a mountainous landscape.

I’m Sara Wegman, MDiv, SBD, and I’m deeply passionate about women’s health, healing, and spiritual care.

I’m a certified Birth and Bereavement Doula (SBD), and am trained in Birth Art and Mentoring through Birthing From Within. I hold a Master’s of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, where I pursued independent coursework in Perinatal Proclamation and Pastoral Care. I am also an author of books and several devotionals. My master's thesis was on theology of perinatal loss.
In my home life, I am a mother, neighbor, wife, and devoted friend. My path to motherhood was woven from three losses and the birth of our first living daughter.

Personal experience: infertility, recurrent losses, ectopic pregnancy, pregnancy after loss
