Companioning for your conception journey
Starting on the road to pregnancy can be lonely and confusing.
You may be the first of your friends to begin preparing for pregnancy. You might not have friends you feel you can trust with this yet; or, you may prefer to keep this part of your life private until it feels like there's "news to share." But it's hard to face these major life moments alone.
The journey of trying to conceive is a uniquely special and vulnerable time. It involves both inner and outer work, and can open up deep personal questions about readiness, purpose, your values, and your identity.
You deserve care and compassionate support
for the journey.
I support women who are preparing to try for a baby but may be dealing with questions of readiness, certainty, and timing.
Depending on your needs, support may look like:
A space to bring both desire and doubt without judgment
Naming and working through fears surrounding pregnancy
Reflecting on your sense of identity, purpose, or calling as you prepare to try to conceive
Tending to fears around losing independence, changing identity, shifting priorities, or your changing body
Holding gentle space for the fear of regret—of waiting too long, or starting too soon
Exploring what "readiness" means to you, and how to embrace imperfect beginnings
Honoring your body as capable, sacred, and not defined by outcomes
How do I know if this is right for me?
This space is for you if you're preparing to try for a baby—or already on the path—but longing for a space to work through questions, fears, or anxieties: either about pregnancy and motherhood, or the conception journey itself.
You might feel a mix of longing and worry.
You might be asking yourself, “Am I really ready?” or, “Why isn’t this happening yet? What if there’s something wrong?”
You might feel alone in this process, unsure of where to bring your questions.
Or you might be second-guessing your desire for support, thinking it hasn’t been long enough, or you’re not allowed to worry if it’s only been a few months.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need certainty about your timeline, or even your next step.
You just need a space where your inner journey is honored and supported.
This work is for women who are seeking clarity, grounding, and compassionate support at the threshold of conception.
All of you is welcome here: your desire, your doubt, your strength, your fear, your joy.
